Cannabidiol (CBD) is clearly proving to be an excellent antioxidant and a fighter of inflammatory disorders. Thanks to this, it can have a beneficial effect in solving many skin problems. CBD helps reduce sebum production in the skin and, according to studies to date, may also be useful in the treatment of eczema or psoriasis.
Because research into cannabis and cannabinoids is relatively fresh, no definitive health claims can yet be made. However, cannabis preparations for washing and bathing have so far proved to be completely safe and without undesirable side effects. If you experience any reaction to the cannabis product, it is most likely not the cannabis itself that is to blame, but some of the other ingredients in the product.
